If you're interested in becoming a professional fire performer one of your first priorities should be performance insurance.
We know of three companies that offer insurance for fire dancers, fire eaters and fire breathers.
Clowns of the US (North America) · Website
As of our last visit to their website, Clowns of the US were offering insurance coverage for the United States, Canada and Peurto Rico for $180 per year per person. Their website has more details about their policy, but one thing to note is that you must have a US Mailing address.
Duck For Cover (Australia) · Website
As of our last visit to their website, Duck For Cover was offering insurance coverage for all countries excluding the United States and Canada for $360 per year per person. It sounds like you may have to be a resident of Australia, but it is not totally clear.
Country Mutual Insurance Brokers (England) · Website
One of the members of one of the boards we are on is insured through Country Mutual. Unfortunately their website does not provide any details around policies for performers, but hopefully they can provide more details through email or phone.
